These labels have a permanent adhesive for frozen surfaces and are ideal for relabeling frozen vials when removing the existing label is not possible. They will completely obscure the existing label and "black-out" the information underneath. The relabeled frozen vials can be stored back inside liquid nitrogen or a freezer for long-term preservation.
Labels are compatible with most brands of thermal transfer printers. For proper adherence to the frozen surface, we recommend applying the Cryo-CoverTAG labels with an overlap of the transparent part of at least 0.25".
